Ingredients

  • 4 12-inch flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup of shredded lettuce
  • 8 oz of cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 medium tomato diced
  • Chop 3 hard-boiled eggs
  • Bacon cooked and chopped into 6 slices
  • Blue cheese, 4 tbsp.

Instructions

  • Spread the tortillas out on a flat surface. Spread the blue cheese sauce on the tortillas to within one inch of the edge.
  • Layer 1/4 of each tortilla with lettuce, chopped tomatoes, blue cheese, bacon, and eggs.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly after folding the sides. If desired, cut the tortilla in half and serve.
