Description
Red Curry Chicken Wings are easy to prepare and full of delicious curry flavors, so these wings are crispy and delicious without being fried, and this recipe is Whole30-compliant, Paleo-friendly, and Keto-friendly.
Ingredients
Split chicken wings, 1/2 to 2 pounds, cleaned
Avocado oil, coconut oil melted, or melted Ghee
Red curry paste, 2 tablespoons
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
Coconut aminos 1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon lime juice
Sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°.
Add the wings to a bowl and mix them.
Add the red curry paste, red pepper powder, garlic powder and salt to the bowl, and stir the wings until they are coated with the seasonings.
Place the wings in one layer on a baking tray lined with parchment, so the wings should be baked for 40-45 minutes until the skin has browned, so flipping the wings halfway through is recommended.
Before serving, remove the wings from the heat and garnish them with sliced green onions. Enjoy!
