The chicken thighs are baked in an oyster sauce and garlic mixture that is sweet and sticky. This is the easiest way to prepare dinner when unexpected guests arrive. It’s best served with sticky white rice.

Oyster Sauce Chicken is a delicious dish with chicken cooked in rich oyster sauce. The oyster sauce is made with soy sauce and other seasonings. It gives the dish a rich, Deliciousness flavor. The chicken is stir-fried with vegetables such as bell peppers or broccoli to create a balanced taste and texture. The dish is often served with rice or noodles and highlights the combination of earthy, sweet, and salty flavors.
Ingredients
- 8 Chicken Thighs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (10 fluid ounces) bottle of oyster sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar or more, in accor with taste
- 1/4 cup of water
- Two teaspoons of minced garlic
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F). Grease a 9-by-13-inch baking dish lightly.
- Place the chicken thighs in the baking dish, skin up. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake in a warm up oven for 25 minutes.
- In the meantime, combine oyster sauce, garlic, sugar and water in a large bowl. If you think it’s not sweet enough, add more sugar.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken, and continue baking till the meat is no longer pink and the juices are clear. This should take about 20 minutes. The instant-read temperature thermometer must show 165 degrees F.
