Hawaiian Chicken Wings: Whole30 make a great meal prep or healthy snack or appetizer. These slow cooker BBQ chicken wings have a Hawaiian twist to give them a unique flavour. They are also Whole30, gluten-free, paleo, and Paleo. Easy to make, this recipe is sure to please everyone.

Ingredients
- 3-4 lbs. Chicken wings (fresh or frozen)
- Primal Kitchen Hawaiian Style Barbecue Sauce, 1 cup (or more according to taste).
- 4 cans of pineapple slices
- 1 tsp of onion powder
- Salt and pepper

Instructions
- Salt and pepper liberally season the wings after patting them dry.
- Pour 3/4 cup of BBQ Sauce over the wings in the slow cooker. Stir to coat evenly.
- Cover the slow cooker with its lid and place 4 pineapple slices on top of the wings.
- Cook on high or low for 2 hours.
- Once finished, throw away the pineapple. To crisp the wings, transfer them to a baking tray and brush with the remaining 1/4 cup of BBQ. Broil the wings for 2-5 mins, depending on how crispy you like your wings.
Notes
- Thaw frozen wings before adding them to the slow cooker.
