Instructions:

1. Prepare the chicken:

2. Assemble your Wraps

  • Heat the tortillas for about 10-15 seconds in the microwave to make them pliable.
  • Toss the romaine lettuce in a large mixing bowl with Caesar dressing until it is evenly coated.
  • Spread the tortillas out flat on a clean surface. Divide the lettuce evenly between the tortillas.
  • Sprinkle shredded Parmesan on top of the lettuce. If you like a little extra crunch, add croutons.

3. Roll the Wraps

  • Wrapping is as simple as folding the sides and rolling the tortilla tightly up from the bottom. This will cover the entire filling. Repeat the process with all remaining tortillas.

4. Serve:
