- 3/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- Three green onions chopped

Directions
Step 1
Put eggs in a pot and cover them completely with cold water then bring to the point of boiling, then cover and take away from the stove. Allow eggs to rest for between 10 and 12 minutes, and then cool, then remove shell and chop.
Step 2
While the eggs cook while the bacon is cooking, put it in a large, deep skillet. Cook at medium-high temperature until evenly browned, between 7 and 10 minutes, then discard, crumble, and place aside.
Step 3
Split the lettuce into individual plates, then add chicken, bacon, eggs, tomatoes, blue cheese, avocado, and green onions.
Step 4
Dress with dressing.
