How long should chicken wings be baked?

In about 50 minutes, drumettes and wings can be baked at 450 degrees. If you want a little less crisp skin or less browning, you can remove them after 45 minutes. The chicken is fully cooked.

I bake my wings in two different levels of my oven. After adding the sauce, I bake the wings on the lower rack and then move them up to the top rack near the heating element. The sauce and wings will brown a little more if I do this before removing them. You can also broil them for 5 minutes to achieve the same browning effect.
