Ingredients
Ranch seasoning made at home
- 4 tablespoons dried parsley
- 3 tablespoons dried chives
- 2 tablespoons dried dill
- 2 teaspoons of onion powder
- 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
- Pink salt, 2 teaspoons
- Black pepper 2 teaspoons
Chicken Wings
- Clean and pat dry 1.5-2 pounds of split chicken wings
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Homemade ranch seasoning, 2 tablespoons
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- Optional: 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix all the ingredients for ranch seasoning in a small bowl. Stir until well combined.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the avocado oil, red pepper flakes, 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning and salt. Toss until the chicken wings are coated with oil and seasoning.
- The chicken wings should be placed on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake at 425°F for 40-45 mins, flipping the wings halfway through.
- Remove the wings from the oven and sprinkle a little ranch seasoning on top. Enjoy!

Air Fryer Notes
- You may need to cook this recipe in more than one batch, depending on how big your air fryer is and the quantity of chicken that you have.
- You can reduce the amount of oil used by using a half tablespoon instead of a full tablespoon. Although I would use some oil to get the perfect crispiness, chicken wings are naturally fattened so a small amount of oil is still fine.
